Chapel of Light aka Maximum Impact Christian Centre (M.I.C.C)

MICC Chapel of Light was founded on 2nd October 2005 and has grown numerically making impact in the community and the city.

Over 500 students have passed through our Leadership school, we have organised many conferences including Social Care and You, In His Presence Conferences, Entrepreneurship and Financial training and Leadership Empowerment training. We send aid to different parts of the world through Christian Aid, Red Cross and Oxfam in times of emergency need.

We have from inception maintained an open house on Christmas days serving Christmas roast and world food ensuring that no one needs to be lonely during the festive season with lots of games, fun, friendship, music and gifts.

We are a member of the Evangelistic Alliance, UK, Churches together Sunderland and affiliated to the Apostolic Church, UK

We conduct various events ranging from weddings, conferences, etc. Take a peep at what we have in stock.



Transportation Comforts:


We have parking facilities. In addition, we have a bus for shuttle services so members and guests can park at the Stadium of Light Metro station a much bigger free Car Park and be picked up from there. Those without cars are also picked up from designated stops and taken back home.
